Studio Policies
Booking & Payment
Rates are for vocal tracking only (mixing and mastering not included; available as separate services).
All sessions are recorded in Pro Tools.
Payment is required in advance to confirm booking.
Studio time is nonrefundable.
Unused time does not roll over.
Rescheduling requires 24-hour advance notice to retain hours.
Session Standards
Maximum of 5 people per session.
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol inside the studio or on premises.
Food is allowed, but please keep it away from equipment.
Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum outside.
Do not block any walkways or stairs.
Age Policy:
• Clients must be 18 or older to book and attend sessions independently.
• Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
• Clients under 16 must also have a parent or guardian present during the session.

Files
After the session, the engineer will provide mp3, wav, and Pro Tools files via WeTransfer.
Files sent via WeTransfer expire after 3 days; please download immediately.
Bring your own hard drive for backups.
The studio and engineer are not responsible for storing or saving your files after the session.

Parking
Clients are provided one (1) parking spot in the lot.
All additional vehicles must park on the street.
Intellectual Property
Artists retain full ownership of their music.
The studio does not claim rights to songs or recordings created during sessions.
Agreement
By purchasing time, you agree to follow all studio policies above.
